Technically, I think humans can also get drunk on sour milk. Typically horse milk, since it’s got a higher sugar content, which leads to a higher alcohol content once it ferments (though it’s still pretty low, roughly 2%). See for example Kumis and Airag.
While technically true, this is the sort of thing where you have to be really careful what culture you let grow in the milk… it’s like yogurt or cheese, you have to basically seed it with the right stuff to start with to grab the ecological niche and prevent any more opportunistic beasties from getting in.
Milk just left out in the open can get to ‘biohazard’ territory disturbingly easily.

I’ve accidentally drunk sour milk… it was not a good time.
