He’s not the worst Marian Commander out there, mostly because there are some that are narcissistic AND competent. He’s far more of the former than the latter. However he’s fairly good at schmoozing, which not only go him to the rank of commander, but it also got him to oversee the scouting party to the Earth invasion.
