She’s the player two to Fat Bottom Barista. Instead of coming up with a personality for her the game designers just have her communicate in punctuation:

Mid Boss: “Your journey ends here, Big Tiddy Barista!”

Big Tiddy Barista: “!”

Mid Boss: I… I don’t know what that means…”
